On September 12, 2022, the University of Alicante organised the attendance of ANTENA partners to the EAIE Conference in Barcelona. 

Each partner had the opportunity to briefly present their networking strategy for 5 minutes. The experience was very enriching for all partners and all members of the ANTENA consortium also had the chance to learn a lot from other projects and initiatives presented at EAIE Barcelona.

The main objectives of the conference were:

• To disseminate information about the project results
• To promote cooperation of EU & international HEIs with Philippine universities
• To be present in the current discussions regarding internationalisation and create a “household name
• To be recognized as the key provider of up-to-date and relevant information on internationalisation for Philippine HEIs

Anchoring on the theme “The Future in Full Colour”, EAIE 2022 was packed with sessions on various and timely topics on internationalization vis-à-vis sustainability, inclusivity, diversity, and current issues and challenges as well as networking opportunities, plenaries, and receptions.

A total of 213 higher education institutions and service providers exhibited at this year’s EAIE conference.
